Refund & Returns Policy
Important information
- You've got 30 days from delivery to start a return
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days once we've received and checked your item
- We don't charge restocking fees
- Return shipping is on you, the customer
- Exchanges are available, but depend on what's in stock
- Final sale items, intimates, and hygiene products can't be returned once opened or used
- This policy works alongside our Terms of Service
How to Return Something
Got something you'd like to send back? You have 30 days from the day it arrives to let us know. After that window closes, we're not able to accept the return.
To qualify, your item needs to be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Sent back with tags and original packaging intact
Ready to start? Email info@nadarcollective.com with your order number and why you're returning it. We'll send over return instructions and the address to ship it to.
Pack it up carefully and use a shipping method with tracking — return shipping costs are covered by you, and we'd suggest hanging onto that tracking number until we confirm receipt. No restocking fees, ever.
Getting Your Refund
Once your return lands with us and passes inspection, we'll let you know the outcome. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days — though your bank may take a bit longer to actually post the funds.

Need an Exchange Instead?
Want a different size or a different item altogether? Email info@nadarcollective.com with your order number and what you're hoping to swap it for.
Exchanges depend on stock availability — if what you want isn't available, we'll help you find something else or process a refund instead.
Changing Your Mind Before It Ships
Need to cancel? Reach out to info@nadarcollective.com as soon as you can. We can only cancel orders that haven't yet entered processing — once it's being packed or has shipped, cancellation isn't possible.
Received Something Damaged or Wrong?
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- What went wrong
- Clear photos of the item and any damage
