Shipping Policy

Important Information

  • Order cutoff: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PDT) are processed the same day
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays)
  • Delivery time: 5–10 business days via Canada Post, with tracking included
  • Shipping cost: Free on every order shipped within Canada

Once your order leaves our hands, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door via Canada Post's tracking portal.

How We Process Your Order

As soon as you place an order, our team gets to work packing it up. Most orders are ready to ship within 1–3 business days, though this can stretch slightly during busier sales periods. We process orders Monday through Friday and observe standard Canadian public holidays.

How Long Shipping Takes

All orders ship free via Canada Post. Once processed, expect delivery within 5–10 business days. Keep in mind that actual arrival can shift depending on where you're located, weather, customs (for any international add-ons), or carrier-side delays. These windows are our best estimate, not a guarantee.

Tracking Your Order

You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your order ships. From there, you can follow its journey directly through the link in that email. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch, so don't worry if it's not live right away.

When Things Run Late

Sometimes delivery takes longer than expected for reasons outside our control — think severe weather, customs holdups, carrier backlogs, peak seasonal volume, or an address that wasn't quite right. We appreciate your patience if this happens, and we're always here to help track things down.

Double-Check Your Address

It's on you to make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Caught a mistake before your order ships? Reach out right away and we'll do what we can to fix it. Once it's out the door, we can't promise changes will be possible. Nadar Collective isn't responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If Your Package Goes Missing

Once Canada Post marks your order as delivered, it's considered in your possession. If it doesn't turn up:

  • Take a look around your property and check with anyone else at the address
  • Ask your neighbours if they've seen it
  • Contact Canada Post directly for more details
  • Get in touch with us — we're happy to help investigate

We'll do everything we can to help, but we can't guarantee a replacement or refund for orders the carrier confirms as delivered.

Customs & Import Fees

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

Something arrive broken or not what you ordered? Let us know within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A quick description of what went wrong
  • Photos of the item and its packaging

We'll take it from there and get it sorted as fast as we can.
